Here's how it works: Refer someone to our practice, and once they complete their first appointment, Jen will give you a phone call. You will have the option to have a $25 credit applied to your account, or we can mail you out a $25 gift card to a local restaurant.
And the best part is, there's no limit to how much you can earn! We look forward to developing a wonderful relationship with all of your family and friends.
